You may remember, if you have been reading my blog for a longer time, that I am blessed with having a very artistic daughter. She’s started her own blog and here it is:

Excellent start to a blog… my advice is to set yourself a target, posting on our blog for instance one drawing a week.
Even if they aren’t perfect each one is a step in “evolution” because you will often find that even an unfinished drawing, or part of one will inspire new ideas.
Creative artwork is more like a tangled web of threads than a straight A to B timeline, tiny bits of one drawing will mesh with a different idea in another to form a new “road” which will then branch out again when another bit of inspiration blends with it.
Go with the flow, Over time you will see your work evolve and grow. Most of all get lost in the moment, enjoy the journey, doodle lots, draw incessantly, have fun, accept that some days inspiration just won’t happen other days it overflows and there are not enough hours in the day. Love what you do, feel the lines drip from your fingertips, draw so much that it becomes second nature, fill notebooks with jottings and scribbles, never be afraid…
Take pleasure in the creative process, learn to be critical but not perfectionist, Enjoy every moment and most of all learn to see the world though your artist eyes and enjoy the magic that is creativity 🙂

Wow!Thank you for all the fantastic advice!Though I might have some trouble with the perfectionist part…
I like the idea of setting myself a goal like that, I do however worry that that might conflict with my school stuff a litte. :/
Again, thank you for you advice and support! It means a lot.
